The Seeker features a mobile-native crypto wallet and decentralized app store, bypassing traditional censorship. Its Seed Vault provides hardware-level security for private keys and seed phrases. The device targets developers seeking lower fees and crypto enthusiasts wanting improved mobile experiences.
Priced between $450-500, Seeker could generate $67.5 million in gross revenue for Solana Mobile. This marks a substantial improvement over the first-generation Saga, which sold only 20,000 units initially.
Takashi Murakami Launches NFT Card Packs on Base Network
Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami launched “108 Flowers Revised” digital card pack NFTs on Base. The collection features 108 unique digital cards available through Coinbase’s Base App platform. Each pack contains five cards priced at 0.0014 ETH with unlimited minting capacity.
The seven-day sale runs until August 8th, accepting credit cards and ETH payments. Cards feature five rarity tiers from Common to Special Art classifications exclusively. Purchases are processed through Murakami’s Kaikai Kiki Marketplace, operated by his art production company.
South Korea Accelerates Digital Asset Policy Framework
Korean Deputy Prime Minister Koo Yoon-cheol announced government efforts to establish comprehensive digital asset legislation. He emphasized Korea’s commitment to becoming a global leader in digital economy transformation. The remarks came during a Web3 ecosystem innovation forum hosted by Democratic lawmaker Min Byung-duk.
Min Byung-duk called for urgent regulatory modernization, warning against missing global digital transformation waves. He argued Korea possesses world-class digital infrastructure through companies like Naver and Kakao. Both officials stressed Korea’s potential to lead without massive capital investments, leveraging existing advantages.
